INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Frederix Management Consultancy BV also carries out interim assignments in general and financial management positions. This can be within the framework of a change project, but it can also mean ‘standing in’ on an interim basis. One of Rob Frederix’s strong points is that he is quick to find out what’s going on and that he can achieve improvement and change by co-operating with the individual people of a team. These assignments can be combined with sparring and coaching programs for executives.
